Today I would like to share with you a hobby of mine that I have grown to love .
As a child I loved art and enjoyed drawing a lot. I also had a fascination with color, especially how certain colors affect our mood. The use of color is a truly holistic therapy. Coloring has a profound and healing effect on us mentally, emotionally and physically.
