Let us relive the magical performance from the Strictly professional dancers for Movies Week.
Here are my thoughts on Strictly Week Four
After Movies Week you think things couldn’t get any better…WRONG !!
Alexandra and Gorka danced the Jive to Proud Mary by Tina Turner
LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS JIVE!! It was like watching two professionals dancing. A Superstar performance .
Aston and Janette danced a Quickstep to Mr Blue Sky by ELO
Another full on energetic, entertaining performance from Aston and Janette. They make each dance appear so effortless .
Brian and Amy danced the Paso Doble to I Believe In A Thing Called Love by The Darkness
Brian arrived on the Strictly dance floor in character with the intention of delivering a powerful Paso and he attempted to achieve the Spanish lines and he did do his best. He continues to improve each week.
Charlotte and Brendan danced the Jive to Marry You by Bruno Mars
Charlotte appeared more comfortable and looked like she was having fun throughout the Jive.
Davood and Nadiya danced the Viennese Waltz to Say You Love Me by Jessie Ware
Davood was focused throughout the dance on maintaining his posture and footwork and he delivered an emotive elegant performance. He produced nice strides across the floor. What a beautiful partnership.
Debbie and Giovanni danced the Cha Cha to The Shoop Shoop Song (It’s In His Kiss) by Cher
Debbie is certainly a beautiful dancer, especially in ballroom but Debbie performed a very good 1st latin dance the Cha Cha . She appeared to be concentrating more on achieving the all important straight leg. And what a flexible and sassy lady. Well done Debbie!
Gemma and Aljaz danced the Paso Doble to Viva La Vida by Coldplay
A powerful paso from a powerful partnership. Gemma is progressing each week. She portrayed the character of the dance and her technique was good and as for Aljaz choreography …brilliant.
Joe and Katya danced the Cha Cha to You Keep Me Hanging On by Human Nature
Love to see Katya and Joe dance together . It was a fun dance and Joe appeared confident during the solo parts which is usually a challenge for the celebs but Joe did struggle with the technique but continues to show potential .
Jonnie and Oti danced the American Smooth to Cry Me A River by (Michael Buble Cover)
The intensity of the dance and those daring lifts were incredible. Jonnie’s timing was good and footwork. Amazing choreography from Oti as always.
Mollie and AJ danced the Salsa to Subeme La Radio by Enrique Iglesias
Mollie showed no fear approaching the lifts and trusted AJ one hundred percent.
Ruth and Anton danced the Tango to Allegretto by Bond
This was Ruth’s best dance so far . Ruth kept the pace with Anton throughout the Tango. Ruth is definitely improving . Looking forward to their next dance.
Simon and Karen danced the Samba to Copacabana by Barry Manilow
Karen looked amazing as always and Simon put the fun factor into this party dance. Well done Simon.
Susan and Kevin danced the Quickstep to Bring Me Sunshine by The Jive Aces
Susan and Kevin brought sunshine to all our lives with this dance. An absolute joy to watch. She was so light on her feet and I do believe Susan is growing to love dance. Her best dance so far. Love Kevin’s choreography.
